Well it will be a while before I can start writing again, my MacBook has left it’s material body (only 2 years old)
The people from Apple think they may be able to give it the kiss of life but the indicators are that the part will cost over £400, this is near the price of the bottom end MacBook and of a resonable PC.
All my previous computers have lasted much longer and to have such a major part fail in this short space of time indicates a poor build and poor reliability problem
So I can’t access the vadabase which stops me researching anything
And I just pray the even more fragile iPhone won’t die on me as I don’t have a computer to back up or reset it
Hum Apple, don’t buy one there just not as reliable as my old PC
